Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, even though it is often considered just the absence of disease. Our social environment is an important factor in our individual health. One can have a healthy life by following a balanced lifestyle with proper exercise, diet, and relaxation habits for the mind and body.

We focus on wellness programs that help people adopt and maintain healthy behaviour. In turn, these healthy behaviours lead to lowered health risks, and lowered health risks lead to less chronic disease. With less chronic disease, individuals have reduced healthcare costs. Wellness addresses the broader spectrum of one’s body encompassing the overall balance of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

At ROCF, we focus on prevention, treatment, education, immunization campaigns, sexual and reproductive health, lifestyle management and holistic well-being. In alignment with SDG 3, we aim to achieve universal healthcare coverage and provide access to safe and affordable medicines, vaccines, healthcare, lifestyle and holistic well-being for all.

Our work in health and well-being encompasses:

Yoga & Meditation: Customized workshops conducted on yoga and meditation, including certified courses on yoga.

Telemedicine: Remote consulting with medical specialists for remote communities in need to ensure every population has access to good healthcare services.

Medical camps: Organising general health awareness and outreach camps in remote areas.

Continuing Medical Education: Conducting skills enhancement training focused on medical proficiency and certification.

Integrated Health and Wellness: Organising wellness camps and  centres to integrate different streams of medicine under one roof combining Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani and others.
